1. Sun exposure: Sun can make you look old. The sun Ultraviolet A and B cause the skin to mutate and make it simply look horrible.

2. Don’t Dry Out: Dry skin can add years to your face, so don’t forget to moisturize!

3. Alcohol: Too much Alcohol will dehydrate your skin making it dry and less elastic .

4. Smoking: Smoking cause the skin to become pale, grey, skinnier and your teeth gonna become yellow. Wrinkle would start to show everywhere as smoking cause the capillary of your blood become smaller and thus less skin nutrition.

5. Spicy Foods: Spicy foods can dilate blood vessels in those who are rosacea. Those capillaries make the skin look less clear and youthful.

6. Exercise: Relaxed mind and intake of a balanced diet are the key to a younger looking skin. Be happy, smile a lot and you will begin noticing a magical reduction in your wrinkles and lines.

7. Stress: Stressing out all the time can lead to hair loss, brittle nails, dry skin and make acne worse plus when cortisol is released due to bad stress it leads to the formation of wrinkles.

8. Sleep: When you are sleeping, your skin undergoes the repair work. If you don’t get enough sleep, not only will you end up with hideous dark circles but also you’ll have droopy, lifeless skin.
